  1. I acknowledge that I am required to verify my student status twice a year, by September 15 and February 15 of each year. In the event that I fail to do so, my membership in the Cooperative may be terminated on the 15th day of the following month. I undertake to notify the Student Cooperative of the termination of my student status within 8 days by email at the official contact address: infozeg@diakmania.hu . I will notify the Cooperative within 8 days if my student status ends via email at infozeg@diakmania.hu.
  2. By signing this declaration, I certify that I am enrolled as a full-time student for the current academic semester at the specified educational institution.
  3. I, the undersigned, declare that I have read and accepted the statutes of the Diákmánia Student Cooperative, hereby join the Cooperative, and intend to participate personally in the achievement of the Cooperative’s objectives through my own work.
  4. Simultaneously with my admission, I purchase from the Student Cooperative a cooperative share with a nominal value of 1,000 HUF (one thousand Hungarian forints), which entitles me to earn income based on my membership. I hereby request that the value of the cooperative share be deducted from my first salary. I acknowledge that upon termination of my membership in the Cooperative, the value of my cooperative share shall be transferred to my bank account by the Cooperative within 30 days following the submission of my written withdrawal declaration. I further acknowledge that my intention to withdraw must be declared in person and in writing at the Cooperative’s office, and that upon my withdrawal I am required to settle any outstanding debts owed to the Cooperative.
  5. I declare that I am subject to self-taxation, and that my annual tax return is prepared by the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV) on the basis of the income statement issued by the Student Cooperative, which I review myself. I download my payslip independently every month on the 10th day of the month following the month in which the work was performed, via the website www.diakmania.hu .

I declare that all of the above information is true and accurate in every respect. By submitting this membership declaration, I hereby request my admission as a member of the Diákmánia Student Cooperative.
